Black Eyed Pea Bean Dip

Equipment:
Blender or food processor
Ingredients:
1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed (about 2 cups, cooked)
½ tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic
2 cups fresh spinach
½ cup parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp tahini
¼ cup olive oil
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
In a blender or food processor, combine black eyed peas, cumin, garlic, spinach, parsley, lemon juice, and tahini.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.
Season with salt and pepper.
