Baked Butternut Chips
Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 small butternut squash, peeled and very thinly sliced (⅛ inch thickness)
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tea pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line 2-3 trays with baking paper.
Combine squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Spread in an even layer, ensuring no pieces are touching.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the squash begins to turn golden. Flip and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
