Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:
8 medjool dates, pit removed
4 walnut halves
1 tbsp goat cheese (omit for dairy-free)
Runny honey
Sea salt
Preparation:
Stuff each date with ½ walnut piece, a scant teaspoon of goat cheese, and drizzle of honey. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Enjoy!
Note:
If you keep kosher and meat is on your dinner menu, omit the goat cheese.
