Smoked Salmon Lettuce Cups

Ingredients:
1 head endive lettuce, leaves separated
2oz smoked salmon, chopped
½ avocado, diced
1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
Fresh dill, to garnish
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper
Preparation:
Fill endive leaves with salmon, avocado, and red onion. Top with dill, a squeeze of lemon juice, and black pepper.
