Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Honey Tahini Dressing

Brussels sprouts are more versatile than you think! When roasted, the natural sugars caramelize for a sweet and crispy flavor explosion! Drizzled with honey tahini dressing, these are sure to become a regular vegetable on the menu!
Ingredients
700g (~1.5 lb) brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Honey Tahini Dressing
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking tray with foil.
In a large bowl, combine brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to the baking tray and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until crisp.
Meanwhile, make the dressing: combine tahini, honey, mustard, lemon juice, and water in a bowl, whisking until smooth, adding more water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
Drizzle mixture over roasted brussels sprouts and garnish with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.
