Breakfast Bagels with Ricotta, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, & Basil

You can’t have brunch without bagels, but we’re switching up the lox and schmear for a spread made with creamy, fluffy ricotta cheese this year! Make your own flavorful spread by mixing up ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, a touch of garlic, and fresh basil for a taste explosion that will revolutionize your brunch time
Ingredients
- 4 bagels, halved 
- 1 cups ricotta cheese 
- ⅓ cup sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped 
- ½ tsp garlic powder 
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped 
- Pinch black pepper 
Preparation
- Toast the bagels to the desired color and texture. Set aside. 
- Combine ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, basil, and black pepper. 
- Spread onto the bagels.
