You can’t have brunch without bagels, but we’re switching up the lox and schmear for a spread made with creamy, fluffy ricotta cheese this year! Make your own flavorful spread by mixing up ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, a touch of garlic, and fresh basil for a taste explosion that will revolutionize your brunch time
Ingredients
4 bagels, halved
1 cups ricotta cheese
⅓ cup sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Pinch black pepper
Preparation
Toast the bagels to the desired color and texture. Set aside.
Combine ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, basil, and black pepper.
Spread onto the bagels.
