Bake a Holiday Honey Cake
The traditional desert of Rosh Hashanah is Honey Cake. Another way to ensure the year is off to a sweet start.
The best honey cake is moist, delicious, not too heavy.. and yes.. it can be beautiful. We also made sure it's real easy. See our instruction below!
DAYS HONEY CAKE
In the box:
- Honeycomb Mold (please wash thoroughly before use) 
Dry ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup + 2 tbsp 
- Baking soda ¼ tsp 
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp 
- Baking powder 1 tsp 
- Salt ¼ tsp 
- Sugar ½ cup 
Wet ingredients
- Honey ⅓ cup 
- Coffee ⅓ cup 
- Orange juice 2 tbsp 
- Vegetable oil ⅓ cup 
- Vanilla ½ tsp 
- 1 egg 
You also need:
Canola oil spray
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients 
- Add wet ingredients to the mix 
- Spray the mold with canola spray and pour half the mix into the mold 
- Pour additional honey on top of the mix, if you like to make it extra sweet, sprinkle in (only) a few marshmallows or chocolate chips 
- Pour the other half of the mix 
- Bake for 40 minutes at 375ºF
