Make Mini Matza

On Passover, we eat Matza instead of bread. Matza is the food that the Israelites made in a rush as they left Egypt, as there was no time to allow the bread to leaven.

It is effortless to bake your pyramid Matza with our Mini Matza Maker. It takes 18 minutes from start to finish, and all you need is *flour, oil, salt, and water.

*Use Passover Kosher flour to keep it kosher for Passover and keep the bake under 18 minutes to keep it ‘kosher for Passover’

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (kosher for Passover)

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ⅓ cup of water (room temp)

  • Additional flour and water as needed

Instructions

  1. Place the flour and salt in a small bowl. Mix

  2. Add 1 tsp olive oil. Mix

  3. Add ⅓ cup of water gradually while mixing.

Tips:

To get super flat matza, make sure you press the mold down so that the little holes punch all the way through.
