1 Get organized and gather all of the project materials.
2 Use the painting supplies to add your own design to the bow and arrows. Let them dry fully before the next step.
3 Thread the elastic through both sides of the bow and tie a stopper knot at each end to keep elastic tight.
How to tie a stopper knot:
3.a Tie an overhand knot
3.b Wrap the string 3 times.
3.c Pull tightly to bundle the knots.
