Night 2: Everything Bagel Kosher Pigs in a Blanket

Enjoy noshing on these kosher-style pigs in a blanket this Sukkot! This recipe is the perfect dinner on the table in a flash recipe, and is a great way to involve the whole family. Kosher or plant-based hot dogs are stuffed and wrapped in a crescent roll dough, and topped with our favorite everything bagel seasoning. It’s the ultimate Sukkot Party dish!

Ingredients
8 kosher hot dogs (or vegetarian, if preferred)
1 tin crescent rolls
1 egg, whisked
2 tbsp everything bagel spice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a tray with baking paper.
Cut each hot dog in half to form 16, short pieces.
Unwrap the crescent dough, and separate it into pre-cut triangles. Cut each triangle in half.
Wrap each hot dog in the dough, and transfer it to the tray.
Brush with egg, and sprinkle with everything bagel spice.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden.

Notes
If using meat, and following a kosher diet, ensure that your crescent rolls are dairy free.
