Paired with spicy jalapenos and sweet pineapple, this will be your new favorite cocktail. Alcohol-free? Add an extra splash of pineapple juice and sparkling water for a refreshing spritzer.
Ingredients
1 jalapeno, sliced
4oz mezcal
2 oz triple sec or Cointreau
6 oz pineapple juice
3 oz lime juice
Pineapple, to serve
Ice, to serve
Preparation
Combine the jalapeno sliced, mezcal, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker or jar.
Pour over ice, and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
