Ingredients
1/4 cup walnuts
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp capers, drained
1 cup castelvetrano olives in brine, pitted
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
2 tbsp parsley
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
In the bowl of a food processor, combine walnuts, garlic, and capers. Pulse until chopped.
Add olives, parsley, lemon juice, zest, and olive oil, pulsing until chopped.
Serve with crudite.
