Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tbsp capers, drained

  • 1 cup castelvetrano olives in brine, pitted

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted

  • 2 tbsp parsley

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine walnuts, garlic, and capers. Pulse until chopped.

  2. Add olives, parsley, lemon juice, zest, and olive oil, pulsing until chopped.

  3. Serve with crudite.
