What age is Days Passover box appropriate for?

Our boxes are designed as an experience for the entire family. While we target ages 5-12, we have users as young as 2 collaborating with their parents as well as college kids who use our boxes to celebrate a holiday away from home.  

Can siblings share the box?

Yes! We design our boxes as a family activity and encourage siblings to share the projects and play together.

In the Passover box, there is one of each activity and most of the activities are shareable: The Memory game is for up to 3 players, there are 6 pages to color in the coloring book, the Chametz bag and the the Seder plate are family activities. The only thing that is more individual is the Haggadah with the Seder Steps stickers and we now enable adding additional Haggadot to your order (while supply lasts).

Will my box arrive in time for Passover?

We do everything in our power to ensure that Passover box arrives in time for the holiday (by April 7th) and choose the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method for you.

Is shipping Free? 

Yes, our subscriptions include free shipping.

Canada orders will be charged an extra processing fee starting the Shavuot box.

When does my Passover Box ship?

We start shipping Passover Boxes on March 12 (for all of our subscribers and orders placed before March 12).

From March 13, All orders placed before 1PM PST Monday-Friday go out SAME DAY from our warehouse. All orders placed during the weekend go out with Monday’s shipment. We’re super fast!

Once your Passover box is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.

*Last day to order our Passover box for Canada is March 20th at 12:00PM PST

Will next Passover box be any different from this year?

Yes! We change our boxes every year. While the framework will be the same, each year we will put emphasis on different aspects of the holiday and offer different projects.

Can I create multiple subscriptions?

Quite a few of our users have multiple subscriptions, many times for an entire extended family. You can have more than one subscription associated with one account, each with a different recipient and shipping address. For example, you can make one 8 box subscription for your family, shipping to you, and another 4 box gift subscription for your sister in law, shipping to her. 

How can I create multiple subscriptions?

• If all boxes are going to the same address you can simply choose the quantity of boxes during checkout and all boxes will ship out together as one order.

• If boxes are going to different shipping addresses, you need to create one subscription at a time. With the first subscription, an account with your email address is created along with your secured payment and billing info. To create another subscription, just login to your account with the same email address and start with the checkout process again.
