What age is Days Hanukkah box appropriate for?
Our boxes are designed as an experience for the entire family. While we target ages 5-12, we have users as young as 2 collaborating with their parents as well as college kids who use our boxes to celebrate a holiday away from home.
Will my box arrive in time for Hanukkah?
We do everything in our power to ensure that Hanukkah box arrives in time for the holiday (by December 20th) and choose the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method for you.
Orders placed before Dec 6th will ship with Fedex SmartPost for Free (2-8 business days).
Order placed after Dec 6th will be expedited for an additional cost, depends on the day you place your order:
December 7-13: We ship orders with Fedex Ground (takes 1-5 business days).
December 14-17: We ship orders with Fedex 3 day (takes 3 business days).
December 18: We ship orders with Fedex 2 day (takes 2 business days).
December 19: We ship orders with Fedex Overnight (shipment will arrive the day after).

Is shipping Free?
Our subscriptions include free shipping.
If Hanukkah box is your first box it ships free as long as you order it by Dec 6th.
After December 6th, we ship your Hanukkah box with express shipment at an additional cost but your future boxes will ship for free.
When does my Hanukkah Box ship?
We start shipping Hanukkah Boxes on December 2nd (for all of our subscribers and orders placed before Dec 2nd).
From Dec 3rd, All orders placed before 1PM PST Monday-Friday go out SAME DAY from our warehouse. All orders placed during the weekend go out with Monday’s shipment. We’re super fast!
Once your Hanukkah box is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Can I create multiple subscriptions?
Quite a few of our users have multiple subscriptions, many times for an entire extended family. You can have more than one subscription associated with one account, each with a different recipient and shipping address. For example, you can make one 8 box subscription for your family, shipping to you, and another 4 box gift subscription for your sister in law, shipping to her.
How can I create multiple subscriptions?
You need to create one subscription at a time. With the first subscription, an account with your email address is created along with your secured payment and billing info. To create another subscription, just login to your account with the same email address and start with the checkout process again.
