tips & tricks for balancing an egg at noon

1. Dragon Boat fall on the the 5th day of the 5th lunar month, which is around equinox. On this day, the earth is perfectly vertical on it's axis, so an egg can stand vertically. Give it a try!
2. Let eggs warm to room temperature
3. Try a few eggs, as some might work better than others
4. Make sure your hands are steady
